Job Responsibilities :

Key duties & Responsibilities :

Contract Manufacturing:

- Responsible for value Engineering initiatives with objective of smooth supply to achieve sales revenue and ensure Gross Margin as per budget to achieve PBT target

- Develop and appoint contract manufacturers based on product, quality and delivery effectiveness.

- Monitor costs, analyze variances and take corrective actions

Logistics & Warehousing :

- Ensure timely supply of finished goods from manufactures to All India Depots at optimum costs. Manage the stock levels in order to avoid stock outs / high stock situations

Quality Adherence :

- Ensure that the quality of the outsourced products produced conform to the statutory / regulatory requirements, company specified standards and any other specific requirements of customer

- Take appropriate corrective action for all non-conformity and initiate corrective action and preventive action to avoid recurrence relating to product, process and quality system

People Management :

- Develop and coach reportees to create an effective team and to develop them for future opportunities within the system

- Build strong relationship and foster teamwork among agencies, suppliers and extended team to achieve maximum performance

Key challenges :

- Ensure supply continuity with highest quality materials, in time, at the optimum cost

- Maintain the quality of outsourced vendor as per the norms

Job Specification :

Minimum Qualifications - B.E/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering

Preferred/Additional Qualifications - Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management

Minimum Experience: 14 -16 Years in sourcing, SCM and Contract Manufacturing
