Client Details

Our client is a European brand into building materials and has a strong presence across more than 45 countries. They have established a strong presence in the India market and are looking at doubling their footprint in the country over the next couple of years.

They are looking at recruiting a Head of Supply Chain, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Job Description

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:

- Leading the department end to end across logistics, planning, distribution and import/exports.

- Improving customer experience and operational efficiency of the company

- Liaising with the cross-functional teams to ensure smooth running of operations

- Leading a team of professionals and be responsible for their development in the organisation

Profile

You will be a professional with more than 12 years of experience in planning and logistics. Prior exposure to SAP is also a must. Additionally you may be from the building materials or consumer durable industry. The client is looking for someone with a strong operational background, excellent team management and negotiation skills and the ability of liaising extensively with senior stakeholders
