Head - Structured Finance

Position: Head-Structured Finance

Role:

- To lead the Structured Finance Group in achieving revenue, profit and asset targets

- Lead Business Development efforts, identify new business opportunities and implement strategic plans

- To develop the team and group

- Direct the evaluation of all business opportunities in terms of due diligence and appraisal

- Oversee the active management of the assets portfolio in terms of collections, managing stress accounts and recovery proceedings

Requirements:

- MBA (Premier Institute)/ CA

- Comprehensive understanding of Deal structuring methods & processes; and credit assessment skills

- Deep understanding of Infrastructure & Non Infrastructure Sectors & business environment in India

- Relationship management capabilities and Structuring and deal negotiation capabilities with premier clients

- Should have lead teams of 3-4 people

- 7-12 yrs relevant experience in Structured Finance
