The company works through founders who manage individual companies. A key role would be to build and manage business models for these companies. This would include cascading these to Level 1 management within the companies. This might involve being embedded in affiliate companies for short periods of time.  Affiliated companies would be moving aggressively to next round of funding in order to sustain their growth trajectory. The person would work with the valuation team to ensure that the affiliate companies are maintaining this trajectory.  - Evaluation of proposals that come to the company from a business feasibility perspective. These are proposals from affiliate companies as they evolve their product-market strategies.  - Work with the team to look at new innovations in business models, revenue models and organizational development. This is more from a knowledge management perspective.  - Manage the company workflow between the Leadership team and the founders of the affiliate companies on the strategy dimension.  - Project the market value of investments in very early stage technology and create a model that tracks such early stage technology to market. The person would work with a technologist with deep understanding of the field.  - Guide colleagues on areas of market research, competition mapping etc.  Requirements   - Private Equity company background  - Closely worked with Tech Start-ups  - Core experience in Strategy.  - 8-14 years of experience.  - A post-graduate from a top institute is essential.
