Education: Engineering +MBA from premiere institute

Experience: Around 20 years, in Services (IT and ITeS) Including 5 years in a Strategic Planning role

Preferred Experience in a Management Consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities:

This position will play a key role in formulating the complete strategy road map of the concerned businesses with clear objectives for short term as well as long term goals. She/he is specifically responsible for the following:

- To screen macro & micro economic environment for the specific business, scan the market both domestic and international and help the Business Unit in identifying the addressable market.

- Based on the above, develop the strategy keeping the addressable market and USP of the business in mind.

- To develop enabling structure and processes which will make the strategy to happen.

- To facilitate the process of strategy development with the help of global strategy firm.

- To develop detailed road maps and to ensure that strategy is implemented.

- To support the process of Monitoring & Reporting of the status of implementation of various strategic initiatives.

- Domain/Execution Leadership - Demonstrate functional knowledge of prominent infrastructure construction organizations in strategy domain.

- Excellent skill in using business analytics for insights and other data for bench marking the business Group's key performance indicators with competition.
