Job Summary:   A leading EPC Indian multinational conglomerate seeks an influential forward thinking leader to formulate and implement strategy road map for its key businesses.  Group is engaged in core, high impact sectors of the economy -infrastructure, hydrocarbon, power, defence, aerospace, construction, shipbuilding, electrical & automation, mining and metallurgy  Qualifications and Experience:   - An Engineering degree and MBA from a premier Business School  - 20 years with at least 5 years of experience in leading a strategy/corporate planning group in a large engineering, construction and manufacturing group  Key Responsibilities:   As Strategic Partner to the Business Heads, main responsibilities include:   - Conceptualize and Prepare blueprints for the Company's strategic plans keeping the addressable market and USP of the business in mind.  - To screen macro & micro economic environment for the specific business, scan the market both domestic and international and help the Business Unit in identifying the addressable market.  - To facilitate the process of strategy development with the help of global strategy firm.  - To develop detailed road maps and to ensure that strategy is implemented.  - To support the process of Monitoring & Reporting of the status of implementation of various strategic initiative
