Their online shopping platform has the widest assortment of products from thousands of national, international and regional brands across diverse categories like Mobiles, Laptops, Cameras, Appliances, Women's Apparel, Men's Apparel, Watches, Home & Kitchen, Automotive and Health.

Job Description:

Head - Seller Intelligence and Strategy looks at internal analytics and processes relevant to the seller development function including but not limited to seller acquisition, assortment gaps etc.

- The person also looks externally at the industry trends, global best practices and learnings.

- He/She takes the lead in the development of short and long term strategy for the function and also monitors the progress and implementation of agreed key strategic initiatives.

In addition to the above, the candidate also needs to do the following:

- Create relevant strategy basis hard analytics and industry intelligence

- Monitor and drive implementation through collaboration and in cross functional teams

Eligibility:

The candidate needs to have the following:

- 8 + years of relevant experience in the field of Strategy

- B.E/M BA from Tier 1 college

- The candidate should have worked on Statistical tools such as SAS, VBA etc earlier in his career
