He/She will also analyze the project portfolio to ensure that work aligns to strategic decisions. By evaluating project flow, publishing reports and conducting review meetings to keep projects on track, the strategic project manager will enable the organization to prioritize its work and result in tangible business value to the entire company.  - By managing an organization’s resources effectively, he/she will ensure that the company has the best people to complete the job tasks. He/She will facilitate the efficient use of resources across multiple projects and monitor trends to ensure utilization aligns with strategic goals.  - He/She will have responsibility for mentoring lesser experienced project managers.
