- Heading brand and communication of Airtel, NESA circle.

- Responsible for brand and communication of all 4 lines of business: Mobility, DTH, Broadband & Money.

- Create brand salience in urban & rural market with 3G roll out launch activities and customer engagement programmes.

- Drive circle brand health, PR and brand communication.

- Develop innovative media properties including digital for customer acquisition & retention.

- Annual marcom budgeting, racking and utilization of budgets, financial control over marketing expenses (OPEX)

- Quarterly & monthly communication plan for all products including Prepaid, Postpaid, Roaming, VAS.

- Channel engagement & Incentive. Display contest, channel meet, channel newsletter.

- Retail presence & visibility.

- Tie up with leading brands for cross promotion.
