Role Purpose:  - Marketing & Sales warehouse-to achieve and monitor turnover/sales in line with Business Plan  - to ensure good customer ratings both on quality and delivery  - maintaining and monitoring of stock levels, managing receivables  - conformance to customers’ requirement such as MMOG  - participation in project/product development  Brief JD:   - Annual Sales Plan  - Customer approval for additional shipments  - Enquiry handling, Contract review/ RFQ response  - Advertisement and Trade participation  - Material Consumption pattern  - Study Market dynamics  - Customer Visit  - Inventory levels at Warehouse & In transit, Monitoring distribution Cost  - Collection of statutory forms from customers, Delivery Schedule adherence  - All PRRs and customer complaints are closed in customer’s format/system within stipulated period.  - Ensure NIL Premium freight  Competencies:  - Manufacturing Knowledge: Automotive parts manufactured  - Manufacturing systems exposure: TPM / TQM / Lean Manufacturing /SPC / TS 16949  - Language Skills: Good English communication with working knowledge of Tamil 	 Person Specification:  - Age: 35 - 42 Years  - Education: DME / BE / B Tech Mechanical or any science discipline  Experience : 15 to 20 years  - Experience from Industry Type: Steel Automotive Components Industry with exposure to Exports.  - The candidate must have worked in multi - product, multi - process and multi - customer environment.
