Head Solution Design  - Responsible for logistics solution design comprises of understanding customer pain area, detailed data analysis and proposed implementable storage, resource & infrastructure solution to provide cost effective value added solution to customer.  - Manage logistics project implementation including project planning, documentation, status reporting, budget tracking, risk & Issue management and ensuring project delivery within project triangle i.e. Time, scope & Cost.   - Manage warehouse operation, setting up processes, people management, supporting implementation of new customers in multi-customer warehouse, KPI management and ensure profitability of all accounts in the warehouse.  - Designing of distribution network and Warehouse solutions.  - Setting of logistics model for different clients- distribution, network, depot/hubs networking  - Warehouse space requirement study for different clients and provide integrated logistics solution  - Proficiency in liaisoning with the sales and operations team to understand client's SCM requirement with respect to the Scope of Work and expected value additions.   - Onsite / offsite study of the client's business model and the project concerned.  - Facilitate negotiation with customer for order closure along with sales team.  - Drafting the Standard Operating Procedure, roles and responsibilities, productivity tracker, KPI dash board etc and implement the same.  Desired Candidate :  - Core experience in Contract logistics, Solution Designing  - Thorough understanding of Logistics business - both warehouse and distribution.  - Interpersonal skills  - Good Communication skills  - Leadership skills  - Team Management
