The client is a well known and respected name across the globe, and known for providing Cool Work Environment, Challenging work, and an opportunity to work on the cutting edge of Technology.   Role Description  As Head of Software Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the Product teams at company’s development centre at Delhi, and support the global development environment. Through these teams, you will be responsible for smooth delivery of Product releases, new initiatives, product innovation, managing stakeholders, and making the teams perform at an optimal level. You will coordinate with all the stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of products without compromising the quality. You will also be responsible for encouraging continuous improvement in Software Engineering capability and maturity on an ongoing basis. You will be part of the India leadership team, and own the responsibility for P&L of Software Engineering Department.   PLEASE ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS TO FIND OUT IF THIS DREAM JOB IS FOR YOU –  - Do you have a B-Tech/BE/MCA/M-Tech/MS Degree in Engineering from reputed institutes (IITs/NITs or Institutes of equivalent repute)? (An MBA is desirable though not a must)  - Do you have substantial experience in a Product Company including at least 14 to 16 years in  management, in addition to development experience?  - Do you have proven track record of effectively managing engineering teams?  - Do you have experience in making strategic decisions for your organization?  - Do you have experience in an onsite/offshore environment, and addressing its challenges?  - Do you have experience in leading large C/C++ development teams?   - Do you have hands on expertise in Agile / Scrum Methodologies?   - Do you have excellent oral and written communications skills?  - Do you have experience working with international stakeholders?  - Are you based at Delhi or NCR or willing to relocate?  If you answered “YES” to all the above questions, we have an opportunity you won’t be able to resist.   About the client  Our client is a Software Product company pioneer in its field.
