Job title: Head Software Development/CTO (Biometric/Handhelds SBU)

Functional parentage: Software / Technical

Department / SBU: R&D

Location: Mumbai

Overall purpose:

- To enable the organization to develop customized solutions for large Govt / PSU / BFSI / Telecom companies.

Key Result Areas –

Functional - Build a solution / technical team that can propagate the company to achieve the 500 Cr target for next year.

Key Contribution Areas - Organization:

- Development of new solutions encompassing fingerprint, iris and face.

- Development of software team

- Integration / development with partners

External interface and its purpose:

- Govt / PSU / SI’s / BFSI

Knowledge required for the job:

- Should have experience in development and implementation of biometric, handheld & possibly AFIS projects.

Skills required for the job:

- Should be a good communicator and ability to network with customers and partners.

Personnel Profile:

- For CTO level Min 12-15 years in software industry out of which Min exposure of 4 years to Biometrics.

- For Project Head level : min 8-10 yrs exp. in software industry out of which Min exposure of
3-4years to Biometrics.
