Job Description :

While reporting to the Head Compliance your responsibilities would be to :

- Lead the Outsourcing team, having the end to end view of all the outsourcing areas

- Be the source for financial analysis, budgeting, costs, savings tracking and forecasting

- Be the business partner and drive outsourcing of transactional and related financial processes to 3rd party vendor across regions and divisions

- Develop and own the overall governance framework and structures related to outsourcing.

- Act as business partner in a proactive manner

- Work with 3rd party vendor to address service delivery challenges

- Align Regional FRA and Sourcing Heads and 3rd party vendor for delivery

- Lead upcoming transitions verifying transition methodology is used as per Contract, toll gates are signed & documented

- Liaise with contract managers for any contract related document - business case, transition costs

- Act as key interface between the organization and the 3rd party vendor

- Ensure action plans are defined and actions implemented to remediate deficiencies in controls

Profile :

- You are a Chartered Accountant with at least 12 years post qualification experience. The individual must come with extensive experience in AP, AR, GL, operational delivery, transition management.

- You are an individual with strong business acumen. You should be a well-spoken and well-presented individual who has a structured thought process and can communicate effectively with senior management.
