Objective :
To develop & execute talent management strategy that is in line with business strategy & to contribute in organizational performance. Diagnose the organizational requirements for talent management to support organizational life stage needs to drive high performance and productivity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design Talent management strategies at Organizational & Business Unit level
- Manage the sourcing & selection strategy for the organization through industry mapping and understanding talent pool for India and overseas locations where the company has its offices.
- Devise audit mechanism to ensure recruitment processes are in place to hire A players across all levels
- Design & develop systems and processes to drive business alignment and efficiency
- Diagnose organizational requirements through periodic strategic talent Review and meet ups
- Design and develop Career paths & succession planning frameworks to assist management with employee retention tools
- Facilitate employee learning and development through development frameworks, identify training needs and implement talent development processes.
- Review the effectiveness of existing systems and processes and continuously improvise for example; On-boarding, performance management, reward and recognition and employee engagement practices in the organization.
- Ensure communication and execution of HR practices across all levels in the organization
- Exhibit high orientation on compliance and company values and Influence business leaders to understand organization priorities
- Facilitate engagement surveys and coordinate Focus Group Discussions on a need basis, in order to gauge employee perceptions & opinions
Minimum Requirements :
- Post Graduate in HR from a premier B school is desired but not mandatory
- At least 15 -18 years of experience with at least 7-8 years in talent management and talent acquisition
Skills Required : Change Management, Training, Succession Planning, Learning development, Talent Management, Talent Development
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present to top management
- Should have hands on work experience in managing Talent Management, Talent Rotation, Performance Management.
- Should possess critical thinking to suggest policy updates basis employee feedback and organization priorities
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to say No and manage tough business conversations
