It is for an upcoming, growth oriented Trade, FMCG Group serving the needs and expectations of customers globally by supplying best in class FMCG products   There are 3 Positions Based at three Countries.   - Mozambique  - Senegal  - Congo  You will be required to Set up/manage Sales distribution network for entire Country.  - Channels  - Key accounts (hypermarkets and supermarkets)  - Lower/traditional trade (small and big groceries)  - Whole sales trade channel  - Other channels (HORECA, institutions..etc)..this channel is a preference but not a must  Managed all sales functions and below subordinates reporting him/her:  - Key account-Modern trade manager  - Retail channel supervisor or manager  - Whole sale in charge  - Graduate/MBA with at least 10+ years experience in Sales with FMCG companies. You should be ready to travel extensively within the Country. ( Mozambique, Senegal, Congo) Previous Country experience is must. Person should have understanding of French, Portuguese.  - 3 years in such top sales and distribution positions in enough  - Normally he/she would have reached this position after passing years in lower sales positions (e.g. by trade channel and by region)  - Experience that is more in sales and distribution and not more in marketing and business development and in managing the full sales set up and functions is desired
