Head of sales (uPVC preferably from Wood & Glass Industry)

Established in 2003, Client is Confidential at this stage. Has been into the business of :

- Manufacturing processed glass (toughened, insulated, laminated glass),

- Fabrication and installation of uPVC windows and doors,

- Installation of fabricated glass units such as shower partitions, glass railings, skylights, etc.,

- Designing, fabrication and erection of structural glazing - unitized and semi unitized structures, point fixtures and curtain walls of other materials.

Factory is located on Chandapura-Anekal road on an area of 5 acres with over 300 employees.

Job Title : Sales Head for uPVC windows and doors

Job Type : Full-time

Location : Bangalore, Karnataka (office on Bannerghatta Road near Dairy circle)

Reporting to : Executive Director

Responsibilities :

- Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees

- Manage the output of sales team

- Establish monthly and yearly sales objectives and targets for sales team.

- Ensure job results from sales staff by counseling, monitoring and appraising them.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a sales manager or relevant role 8 years and above

- Proficiency in English

- Excellent skills in negotiation, motivating sales staff, building relationships, coaching, market knowledge and managing process.

Salary Range: 10 - 14 LPA
