About our Client - Our client is a leading Indian company in the medical devices industry. With revenue of more than a 100 Cr, they are looking to expand operations beyond India. They are looking for a Head – Sales Training (Ortho) to be based out of their head office in Mumbai

Job Description - Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the following Responsible for research on development of content and design for the training material, training program designing & developing SOP's to support such programs

- Responsible for continuous & timely communication with Key Opinion Leader (KOL) to be informed on product developments; & get the queries raised from field force which can't be resolved

- Supporting Sales & Marketing Team in resolving queries/FAQ's with key customers, arranging events like Advisory Board Meets to add value to customer connect programs

- Training of field force and keeping the medical knowledge of marketing up-to-date via Induction programs for fresh recruits, from basics to medical management

- Developments & Refresher programs for strengthening knowledge about the brand and disseminating the latest medical developments on the same

- Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors products

- Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product.

The Successful Candidate - You are Physiotherapists with 10+ year's industry experience. You have been in a sales role for a minimum 5 years. You have excellent knowledge about orthopedics especially devices. You have excellent communication skills and a flair for training

- Compensation between 20 - 25 lakhs per annum
