Deliver support to Advertising Sales at all stages of the value chain  - Evaluating client proposal requests  - Creating proposals  - Preparing proposal presentation decks  - Providing support to Sales managers in key client or agency meetings  - Finalising deal structures for contracts  - Monitoring deal utilization- flagging deficit or excess consumption  - Running and presenting post-evaluations  2. Data sourcing and compiling  a. Prepare research briefs for customized research as per requirement  - Evaluate responses to proposals received from research agencies and make appointment recommendations  - Monitor ongoing research projects for quality and punctual delivery  b. Analyse and interpret weekly ratings reports, Broadcast India baseline updates  c. Analyse and interpret ad hoc researches commissioned by the network  d. Source secondary data sources- Census, Retail Audits, Readership and other Media Studies, NSS, NCAER etc.  3. Support Channel Marketing  - Identify communication hooks from BARC, BI, IRS etc.  - Provide data points for Marketing team to pitch channel, language, demography and network stories  4. Support Business Strategy  - Identify emerging opportunities in broadcast media  - Build financial models for evaluating such opportunities  Job description: Need a leader who has personal experience of at least three of the four areas above, with point 1. being non-negotiable. Mid-level positions will be both as analysts and strategists. The former needs strong quantitative skills, the latter, the ability to synthesize concepts from data. Entry level positions will be analysis focused.  Preferred candidates with experience in Media Planning/ Buying. Market Research, Account Planning, Client Servicing.
