Head - Sales Operations - FMCG/Telecom

I am looking for Head - Sales Operations for one of the leading MNC - Mumbai.

Job Description :

- To work with all divisions in consumer business, to understand existing sales ops Metrics / parameters, review & redefine (as needed) - measures of performance- of Sales operations with the objective of efficiency/productivity improvement.

- Drive thru Sales Operation Managers the proper implementation and target achievements of all sales ops modules/parameters

- Transforming Sales organization culture by making secondary Sales the core driver for the company.

- Design and implement various projects to enhance sales & distribution effectiveness.

- Maintenance of Town master in SAP.

Desired Skills :

- A Senior Sales Leader with extensive experience of managing sales teams

- Experience in strategic planning & execution

- Communication with both Senior Management as well as the front line

- Ability to collaborate with all stakeholders
