Sales Head (Sr. Management) for an aggressive NBFC startup  This is a critical role at a critical time for the come and will allow a qualified candidate to be an entrepreneur within the supportive framework of the company's existing business.  Specific Responsibilities Building the beyond loans team:  - Recruiting and hiring a corporate and branch team focused on all marketing/beyond loans initiatives  - Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth coordination and buy-in Understanding client needs:  - Implement and sustain a constant process and culture of know affordable private schools better than anyone else on the planet  - Maintaining a data driven process with quick feedback loops that lead to action Identifying solutions:  - Robust vetting process to determine which solutions and solution providers would best serve the company's clients- needs  - Establish systems to ensure constant outreach to new solution providers and evaluation of existing ones Delivering solutions:  - Identify the various ways of structuring engagements with solution providers to maximize the impact of the relationship on all stakeholders  - Ensuring solutions are beneficial and sustainable to the schools, solution providers and the company  Desired Candidates :  - Significant prior experience in sales, marketing, channel development, product development and distribution  - P&L responsibility  - Experience across multiple geographies  - Prior experience in the education sector is preferred  - Experience building and managing a team  - Self-driven, creative, organized and comfortable in the quickly evolving context of a young and growing company  - High emotional intelligence and good communication skills
