Head - Sales - Modular Furniture

Searching for Sales head for a leading brand in Modular Furniture Industry.

- This position will lead head a team of designers and will be responsible for conversions (sales targets)

- Leads are largely generated digitally; and are validated through a pre-sales team after which they get passed on to the design team for design & sales closure

- Sales Head will lead the team of designers & will also have the pre-sales (Call center) head reporting into him

Desirable :

- 8-14 years of experience

- Affiliated with the kitchen/ modular furniture/furniture industry

- Aggressive/target driven

- Ability to manage a large team
