A well known and Stable name in OOH Media is looking for a Sales Head to perform below mentioned responsibilities :
Major Responsibilities:
Achieve business targets through defined business process:
- Assist Head Business Development to make strategies for business growth with a clear target orientation.
- Responsible to achieve business targets and bring new business for the organization.
- Identify and segregate potential market segments, new lead sources and revenue streams.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to target identified companies/clients.
- Contact business head of the prospect organization and schedule meetings.
- Understand client's requirements and propose Roshan Space services through presentations.
- Follow-up on leads and referrals from field activity.
- Explore the market and maintain healthy pipeline of prospective clients in the company's system.
Prepare business proposals, presentation and collect revenue on time:
- Coordinate with Media Planning, Buying and Implementation department and give them understanding of client's requirements.
- Make proposal with clear scope of work and commercials as per discussion and inputs provided by Media planning, Buying and Implementation department and present it to client.
- Coordinate with all the departments and get relevant information from portal while making proposal.
- Negotiate over coated price and offered services / plans as mentioned in the proposal.
- Customize offered services/plans in the proposals as per client's requirements.
- Ensure deal closure by collecting contract on time.
- Handover the client requirements and contract to Media Planning, Buying and Client Servicing team after signing the contract.
- Collect revenue on time from client.
Conduct Market Research activities:
- Coordinate with the research team to draw a road map for market research by preparing market research agenda for the organization along with the timelines.
- Oversee formulation of research briefs and liaise with the market research agencies if required.
- Carry out periodic market visits to understand the pulse from a closer angle.
- Understand competitor's activities, pricing, competing project details and market preferences.
- Study relevant market reports on competition, competitor-industry scenario.
- Responsible to collect details of competitors prices strategy.
Build Brand value for the organization:
- Implement strategy formulation for Roshan Space brand awareness, market penetration and growth.
- Responsible for positive positioning of Roshan Space services for clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and client satisfaction.
- Acquire client feedback at fixed intervals.
Lead and manage people:
- Allocate work to all direct reportees and evaluate their performance
- Conduct performance appraisal of direct reportees.
- Identify training needs and communicate to HR team.
- Motivate the team and ensure retention and career growth for the team.
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate - Specialization in Marketing
Experience: 8 - 10 years
Key Competencies:
- Knowledge of branding and market research activities.
- Strong knowledge of the Outdoor Industry.
- Regularly updated on market scenario.
