Head - Sales - Media

Urgent position with a leading Media company

Looking for a sales Head - Pan India. Position would base out of Mumbai.

- He/ She shall be responsible for leading the development and execution of the Company’s long term strategy with a view to creating shareholder value.

- To own and manage the P&L of the business unit.

- Strong networking, influencing and negotiating skills - interacts and communicates equally well at all levels

- Responsible to manage the P&L of the company, all day-to-day management decisions and for implementing the Company’s long and short term plans

- Responsible to communicate on behalf of the Company to shareholders, employees, Government authorities, other stake holders and the public

- Develop an operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the organization

- Ensure that the operation of the business unit meets the expectations of its clients, leadership and investors.

- Oversee the drafting of organization policies and prepare a plan to implement the same; review existing policies on an annual basis and recommend changes as appropriate

- Research funding sources, oversee the development of fund raising plans and write funding proposals to increase the funds of the organization
