We are a fast growing, professionally managed company, engaged in the manufacturing of PVC Flex, Foam Board and allied products mainly used for indoor and outdoor advertising. It is a joint venture between a dynamic technocrat Mr.Vijai Kapur, who has successful track record of setting up and running mid size companies and ACTION Group, a reputed diversified business house who has interest in Footwear, Electronics (Microtek), Healthcare, Real Estate etc. The manufacturing facilities are situated at Rudrapur, Uttarakhand.

We are the Pioneer, being the first company in India to set up the manufacturing plant for PVC Flex. We enjoy the first mover advantage which is reflected in terms of market share of over 40% and the premium our products commands over the competitors. Last year (2013-14) we did a business of over Rs.380 Crores with a profit of over Rs.35 Crores.

The company has recently successfully implemented backward integration to reduce the cost of production. Having acquired the technical and marketing knowledge of PVC products, the company wants to enter into premium flooring segment by introducing Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT) which is getting poplar in Europe and American market. LVT is replacing the premium wooden and ceramic flooring in that part of the world.

- We are looking for a dynamic and competent person to head our Sales and Marketing.

- He will be reporting to the Managing Director of the Company.

- The position is for Noida Phase-II, he will be responsible for establishing the product all over India, develop Distribution Channel, logistics, product promotion, sales, marketing strategies and lead a strong team.

- Person from the same industry could be preferable.
