About Our Client
Our client is a global leading supply chain solutions provider. They have an in depth industry knowledge and provide global end to end solutions to their clients. They have a presence in more than 100 countries and employ close to 20,000 people worldwide. They are looking to recruit an National Head Marketing and Sales to expand the business in India.
Reporting into the Global Head of Marketing and Sales, you will be responsible for:
- Development and Implementation of country Sales strategy
- Establishing and Communicating sales target and sales plan for the country
- Managing the marketing and sales to increase growth, profitability and productivity
- Providing global leadership and ownership of activity
- Improving company's competitive position in the market place
- Streamlining and enforcing CRM usage compliance
The Successful Applicant
- You should have a degree in Marketing, and should have atleast 12 years of work experience within the logistics industry.
- Further, you should also have atleast 5 years of General management experience preferably with Global exposure.
- You should have proven sales and negotiations skills, with a tremendous ability to influence and negotiate.
- You should have excellent communication and networking skills.
