Position : Sales and Marketing Head
Division :Super Specialty Products ( SSP )
Location : Hyderabad- Corporate office
Qualification : Post Graduation/MBA from Tier 1 college
Holistic Business Management (Product Management, Sales, Distribution Management & Business Development) in the area of Agri-inputs (Super Specialty Products-Fertilizers, ) marketing with Pan India exposure. Hands-on experience of successfully establishing new business categories right from business startup to achieving leadership position in the industry. Proven track record in the areas of profit maximization, key strategic initiatives, brand management and revenue growth. A Self-motivated person with a creative side, good relationship management skills with ability to relate to people at all level of business.
Key accountabilitity:
- P& L Management, Product Positioning
- Pricing & Schemes, Revenue and NRV Management for Commercial Unit Business for all Super Specialty Products
- Promotions - Communication, Activity review, campaign analysis.
- Operational Plans management- sales planning, rolling forecasts, campaign budgets, monthly & Year end outlooks review and management
- Sales Effectiveness, Marketing Plan execution, resourcing management in the Commercial Unit.
