Job Role:

1) Sales & Marketing (Industrial)/ Business Development

2) Analysing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors' activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.

3) Managing sales and marketing operations, ensuring accomplishment of set business targets.

4) Preparing Long Term Business Plans & formulating strategies to execute long term Business Plans

5) Developing Product and Pricing Strategies

6) Identifying prospective business, establishing strategic partnership and alliances, generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.

7) Formulating functional plan, short term & long-term budgets & developing business plan for the achievement of organisational goals.

8) Identifying prospective clients, generating and acquiring business from the existing clientele, thereby achieving business targets.

9) Interacting with the clients on a regular basis & providing the right maintenance solutions for their problems.

10) Developing and forming team through putting structures in place and recruiting the right people.

11) Marketing communication strategy - by selecting right communication channels
