Salary Range: 15 - 20 LPA  Responsibilities:  - Execution of business plans through formulation of sales strategy.  - Managing & increasing sales volume, ensuring accomplishment of set business targets.  - Planning & implementation of sales activities to achieve targets.   - Lead sales teams to achieve breakthrough, value creation & target revenue gains.   - Planning sales budget & executing promotion activities.   - Identifying & appointing new dealers   - Developing Dealer network.   - Reviewing dealer's performance in terms of sales & other activities.   Profit Centre Operations / Strategic Planning:  - Managing profit centre operations with a view to achieve business objectives and ensure top line and bottom line profitability.   - Formulating corporate goals, short term and long-term budgets and developing business plans for the achievement of these goals.   - Analyzing latest marketing trends, tracking competitor's activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.   Business Development:  - Formulating strategies and reaching out to the unexplored market segments/customer groups for business expansion.  - Exploring new business opportunities along with concerned branches in the states.  - Conceptualizing & implementing services plans / policies for the organization, organizing promotional campaigns and ensuring accomplishment of business goals.  Dealer Management:  - Identifying and appointing dealers; establishing strategic alliances / tie-ups with financially strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.  - Implementing corporate guidelines to teams & follow policies to maximize sales and accomplish revenue and collection targets; upgrading existing dealer infrastructure.  - Finalizing new dealership areas wherever unrepresented and organizing review meeting for assessing performance of dealer under the branches.  - Providing direction, motivation & training to the field sales team for ensuring optimum performance for all operational sales related departments.  - Training the team to keep a close check on stocks/ outstanding figures & ensuring adherence to the norms; reviewing yearly performance of sales team in the states for reporting to top management.  - Conducting meetings at set times (once in a quarter) for setting up sales objectives and designing or streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations  - Encouraging teamwork and building trusting relationships, effective control over people.  Traveling within India is a pre-requisite for this role. Relocation to Coimbatore & ability to verbally communicate in Tamil are essential.
