Designation : Head / VP / Senior VP – USA sales

Department : Business Development

Position Description:

- Overall management of all strategic, operational marketing and developing customer relationship. This includes sales, marketing plans, and customer awareness campaigns, proving timely and reliable information to management that supports the business strategy, goals and objectives.

- Responsible also for ensuring delivery of top line revenue and profit, developing rapport with existing customers and building significant brand equity.

Essential Qualifications:

- Graduate / MBA / Post Graduate Diploma in Management from an institution of repute. Engineering candidates are preferred.

Technical Qualifications:

- Technical know-how of MS Office Suite and working knowledge of business unit specific applications and high proficiency in New lead generation

Experience : Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience.

Organization Structure : Report to the CEO

Focus : IT services - International Market USA (Preferred North America)

Description of Responsibility:

New Client Generation & Revenue Management:

- Responsible for bringing the revenue of million (As agreed during the interview)

- Data collection (details of services offered, their prices, competition, and customer’s observation)

- Market segmentation

- Manage the process Profit and Loss statement on a monthly basis.

- Recommending prices and processes through proper re-evaluation to maximize the revenue

Client Management:

- Responsible for keeping the sales contracts up to date and for checking all sales contracts prior to signature to ensure company policies are upheld

- Operate as an important link between the client and the senior management

- Ability to represent the company at the best level to clients and channel partners.

- Manage client expectations in an agreed way.

- Interface with clients frequently and maintain an excellent relationship.

Project Management:

- Oversee and coordinate operational issues

- Responsible to coordinate with the project manager for quality and timely completion of all projects

- Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks.

Team Management:

- Responsible for refining the BD process continuously and ensure that BD team work effectively and prioritize work loads

- Translates business strategy to the team in a clear and easy to understand way and links it to defined objectives.

- Develop strong interpersonal relationships with the team

- Coach, counsel and develop BDM’s to enhance performance and arrest attrition via periodic performance reviews.

- Develop an environment that provides motivation and development opportunities for the team

- Introduce initiatives for team development

- Recognize and reward performance and ensure welfare measures are carried out
