Position : Head- Europe IT Sales (Leading IT Services Company)
Role :
- Be responsible for Sales of the Company's IT Products and Services across Europe
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships; ability to build and manage relationships with CXO level executives
- Responsible for developing and executing all key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve targets
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Understand Industry-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the shifting budget trends, technology trends and strategic direction of accounts
Requirements :
- Should have 12-18 yrs of experience selling IT products and services across Europe
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Hard-working, detailed, quality and result-oriented
