We are currently looking for Head of Sales for leading FMCG.   Location: Kolkata   Role -   - Responsible for driving and managing the Domestic sales and distribution of the Consumer Care Division (CCD) thereby maximizing sales revenues from the various product lines; expansion of the product & customer base; and development of a strong brand value for CCD products   1. Would be handling large sales team consisting of One GM, 5 RSM, 50 ASM, 250 Sales officers and 1400 indirect sales team.  2. Business size would be approximately Rs1500 crores   3. Candidates ideally who have good experience in FMCG personal care space having handling large teams and turnover.
