Job Description: Head of Sales (Only FEMALE)  Objectives/Purpose:  - Assume overall responsibility of ensuring achievements of sales targets for the brand  - Responsible to build and retain a team of highly motivated and well trained sales consultants at all levels  - Responsible to ensure high customer satisfaction in each customer interaction  - Assume overall responsibility of all the operations within the sales function and ensure conformance/compliance with applicable standards, etc.  Key Responsibilities:  - Break down overall sales target into daily/ weekly/ monthly/ annual targets per sales staff per activity such as those on lead generation, bookings etc.. Review achievements of the sales staff and take corrective actions wherever necessary   - Set-up the entire sales process, starting from leads generation to post membership follow-up. Thereafter monitor sales process adherence and take corrective actions wherever necessary to ensure high customer satisfaction in each customer interaction  - Responsible to build and retain a team of highly motivated and well trained sales staff. Ensure sufficient steps are taken in the area of manpower development and retention to keep the sales staff motivated for each customer interaction  - Develop a team culture within the sales function to ensure sales staff willingly provide backup for each other and ensure no critical processes/ customer commitments get impacted due to absence/leave of any team member  - Plan/ approve day to day activities with each of the sales staff and monitor the activities execution to ensure meeting the objectives such as those on generating leads, test drives, booking etc. Review activity reports (contact reports, progress reports and forecasts) and provide planning/ forecasting/ target achievement related inputs to brand as and when required  - Periodically review the inventory of all resources and ensure sufficient sales materials, brochures and/or product guides available to meet the needs of the customer/prospect.   - Set up a process to monitor and manage customer complains. Be the first point of contact with the customer in case of escalations and ensure speedy resolution of customer complaints by liasoning with various departments  - Ensure compliance with the sales process as agreed with the supervisor and maintain high customer satisfaction   - Keep a track of competition activities in the market. Plan and execute measures to beat the competition  - Maximize the impact of various marketing events, international/ domestic test-drives, by ensuring only the right customers/ prospects get invited  - Periodically review documentation and ensure compliance in all process of sales function with local statutory laws  Personality traits:  - Must have an analytical mind-set to understand and resolve business issues  - Well groomed and pleasing personality. She must be capable to represent the brand in events and must be confident and articulate to address large audiences in an influential manner  - Must have the ability to inspire and lead people   - Must also be luxury oriented in terms of knowledge of various luxury brands. Should have the ability to connect well with affluent customers using small talk topics such as international trends, lifestyle accessories, and developments in the area of sports, arts, literature, music etc.  Qualification/ Experience:  - A minimum 9 years of experience in Luxury industry, thereof minimum 5 years of experience in leading a sales team preferably in a luxury brand  - Experience in real estate is advantageous  - Excellent analytical, people management skills  - Must have good working knowledge of computers  - Must be a good orator to represent the brand in events  Functional Area: Sales, Retail, Business Development  Education:  UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization  PG:MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization  Doctorate:Doctorate Not Required  - Need candidates with 9+ years of experience in luxury sales,  - Position in based in Mumbai.  Company Profile:  Our client is a reputed group company, An authorized club membership in India, based at Mumbai.
