Key Objective of the Job:  - To drive the Sales targets for Digital Personal Loans  Major Deliverables:  - To manage the Sales process and local sales teams around the PL product  - To ensure higher disbursement from Digital Leads, with higher conversions and faster TAT  - To work along with the Product team to drive Aggregators for better Leads and hence conversions  - To engage with the Credit teams to ensure better conversions  - To devise incentive plans for the Sales teams for higher insurance cross sell  - To drive customer satisfaction, and ensure the scores match the best in the company   - To ensure that costs and P&L considerations are taken into account while achieving the targets.  Educational Qualification: MBA  Desired Experience:  - 8-10 years of experience working in a financial institution managing in a national role managing Sales team for similar Retail products.  Other desired attributes:  - People Management experience  - Good interpersonal skills  - Good communication skills  - Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets  - Sales process automation skill would be an added advantage
