Job Responsibilities:  Please note that we are looking candidates only from US location and that also with Solar or Power industry:  Responsible for promoting and managing the product & project sales in the emerging international market for company; Develop strong customer relationships and partnerships in the assigned markets to enable sustainable & profitable sales growth   - Collaborate with Market research team to conduct the environment survey and identify & propose new countries and market entry opportunities; Ensure continuous scanning of the industry trends, competitive landscape for insight generation  - Build and manage relations with target stakeholder groups (Government institutions, corporate clients, power sector entities, system integrator associations etc ) within the assigned market to build company brand and enable leads generation   - Forecast and conceptualize market specific product requirements taking into account customer feedback and needs and feed the same to R&D team for new product development  - Leverage understanding of emerging market trends, policy & regulation changes, applicable regulations/statute to prepare overall sales plan to enable achievement of assigned sales targets  - Propose partnership options and participate in finalization of high-impact partnerships (dealers, importers, JV options) in coordination with strategy business planning team  - Participate in contract finalization   - Identify potential B2B customers (India based as well International customers) and engage with them to enable sales order generation  - Conduct preliminary engagements with High potential B2B customers ; Support bidding process for High-Potential B2B sales including (liaison with client, bid response, commercial response) to enable conversion  - Seek assistance from verticals (production, marketing, EPC) to showcase technical expertise to target customers ; Share customer requirements/expectations such as certifications, manpower deployment etc with the vertical leads for the same  - Highlight inventory issues related to PV modules stock flow from depots to network partners/customers across geographies  - Lead execution of dealer/ partner/customer management & engagement policies; Contribute towards design /revision in policies based on emerging market insights  - Lead implementation of effective and efficient pre-sales, sales, after-sales management processes for emerging markets sales to enable lead conversions and customer satisfaction  - Collaborate with marketing team in conceptualization and execution of product promotions at target geographies & customer groups to enable achievement of envisaged benefits  - Escalate co-ordination gaps with Production, Supply chain and EPC teams impacting demand-supply mapping and customer satisfaction; Collaborate with back office team for routine co-ordination  - Maintain/Update MIS reports on emerging sales targets & operations; Support the back office team in collection of forms/documentations as required from the client side  - Keep track of the sales order generation and module / project delivery schedules to enable customer query/grievance management in co-ordination with the relevant internal SPOCs  - Ensure adoption of Sales systems (CRM, Sales Order management system etc) to improve efficiencies at field level  People   - Ensure timely goal setting, monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to the team members  - Ensure capability development of self and team members by actively participating and leveraging training & growth opportunities available including knowledge management initiatives  Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent and competent authority.  Role Requirements / Specifications  Desired Qualifications - Post-graduation in Management with specialization in Marketing   Desired Experience - 10-20 years of industry experience in Sales & Marketing with minimum 8 years of international sales exposure in Solar industry/Power/T&D industry  Knowledge & Skills:  - In-depth understanding of the emerging international markets in solar sector (trends, regulations, customer needs, pricing trends etc)   - Strong Channel & Customer Relationship Management   - Techno-Commercial Acumen  - Excellent Communication skills
