Sales/BD Head - Digital marketing - Entertainment

- A digital marketing firm, catering to Entertainment sector is looking to hire a high-energy Sales Head to help meet ambitious customer & revenue growth objectives.

- The incumbent will be responsible for delivering all key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve financial targets.

Responsibilities :

- Convert digital concepts and ideas into actual sales by pitching to existing & potential clients, with an aim to create digital properties

- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

- Network and manage relationships at the CMO level with clients

- Co-ordinate with the Research & Strategy team to ensure all required Sales pitch collaterals are in place

- Understand digital-specific landscapes and trends and provide insights on BD opportunities

Must-Haves :

- Minimum 4 years proven targeting-exceeding experience in media and advertising sales

- Recognizes the impetus of Digital products and services for the marketing world today

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, especially executive and C-level

- An existing network at the C-level is important, especially among brands, production houses and media agencies

- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
