Responsibilities
- Formulate/prepare strategies, develop sales plan and team structure, monitor implementation of the sales plan, focus on key high spenders, innovate, develop and champion smart-sell initiatives, conduct periodic sales reviews and guide the team with the objective of meeting the budgeted sales targets.

Mandatory: MBA/PGDM from Top tier B-School - Full time (2 years)
- Candidates with experience in Retail / FMCG / Telecom / FMCD / Auto would be preferred.
- Will be taking care of complete South Indian market.
- Must be fluent in Tamil.
