- Building Robotic Process Automation capabilities within the organization.
- Ensuring effective creation of sales collaterals and pre sales documents for potential Robotic Process Automation opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Leading the Robotic Process Automation projects and the Automation Team.
- Actively participating in onsite consultancy engagements for customers.
Running successful robotic process automation projects & experience of developing procedures and service standards for business excellence.
- Expertise in monitoring the overall functioning of RPA processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level.
- Responsibility including Pre-Sales, Solutioning & Delivery in Robotic Process Automation, Project.
- Management, Infrastructure Services, Application Migration, Design, development and Implementation of customized software applications, Internet application and WEB based software.
- Handling Small to Mid-size projects including Transition and Migration projects and successfully lead the Implementation of automation solutions for various clients using Robotic Process Automation tools.
- Responsible for actively driving and managing the Pre-sales & Solutions of RPA through RFX and proactive selling and providing technical solutions to new and existing strategic accounts on RPA.
- Carrying out research to stay ahead in the robotic areas of expertise including understanding the current & future market, product and competitor landscape.
- Leading the Robotic Automation initiatives in Company by identifying & analyzing various automation scopes within processes and chalk out the implementation plan leveraging the best automation tool.
- Strong Programming and development / configurations skills in coding to meet the defined design/solution approach.
- Ensure quality of coded components by performing end to end unit testing.
Able to support and drive change management of existing processes as per new requirements using a structured change control process.
- Lead or participate on cross-functional teams of technology subject matter experts in problem solving and process improvement engagements to enhance technology platform support.
- Availability and reliability and make it user friendly.
- Investigate and understand the emerging technologies and direct them to maximize technology life cycles & meet Business goals using Robotic Automation.
- Knowledge of advanced technologies and legacy systems.
- Good analytical skills and should be able to grasp existing systems and propose solutions accordingly.
- Excellent communications skills and should have good exposure in client interaction.
- Experience in demonstrating ideas to a large audience with good presentation skills.
- Should be able to explain new ideas and have experience in concept selling.
- Stakeholder management of multiple verticals and sharing timely updates with senior management.
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (functional requirements (business requirements document), iii. Use cases, GUI, screen and interface designs).
- Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers.
- Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
