Role Purpose:  - To lead and manage the portfolio of Rewards & HR Operational Controls including all HR systems and processes activities for the organisation.   - The scope also covers managing Policy Formulation, Statutory compliance and Organisational Effectiveness for the organisation.   - The incumbent will be the SPOC for the HRSSC and the organisation HR to ensure smooth transition, stabilising and running of the HR outsourced process.  Essence of Role: Key Accountability:  Rewards & Organisational Effectiveness:  - Implement and manage Reward and Benefit Policy & Plans  - Establishing pay for performance culture and guidelines to manage and promote the same.  - Consultancy for Organisation HRD, SLT and HRBPs on all Reward and benefit elements including employee policies  - Planning and running the Annual Salary Review & Bonus plans, share plans.  - Lead and manage Payroll cost/budget planning and review  - Local point of contact for all International Mobility matters, inbound and outbound  - Manage the organisation effectiveness & Change program to track spans and layers, ICs, establish methodologies and toolkit, evaluation of structures and roles in line with group OE & C guidelines.   - Establish Best practices in the area of reward and benefits in line with market standards  - Manage Change in the area of Organisation effectiveness programs  - Progressive HR policies in line with business requirement, group guidelines and market  - Innovation champion for establishing reward and OE practices towards establishing pay for performance culture and retention of top talent.   - Work with external consultants and vendors towards establishing market benchmark for comp and benefit policies.- Negotiation and establishing service delivery with all HR vendors.  - Senior leader within the organisation's HR team to drive the reward and OE & C function  - Manage a team of HR professionals within the Reward and OE & C function  - Work closely with business Leadership, Vodafone CoEs, and various functions within HR e.g. Resourcing , Talent and HRBPs to consult and advise on all matters within the remit of the role.  Please contact 8380097078 (between 9 AM to 6 PM on working days), only for relevant candidates..
