Will be the head for Support & Maintenance, Infrastructure & DevOps

Must be a delivery leader - good communication, care for people, goal oriented, high energy

Must be able to SELL - must have carried a target

Manage the client and engage them effectively

Build rapport with clients and get routine and regular business

Work as a Client partner and Mine the accounts and increase the revenue

Increase the Client delight index

Manage tech teams/mentor/coach

Supervise resource management and work very closely with delivery team

Supervise project delivery using BORN methodologies for Dev Ops, Support and Maintenance

Must be precise and prompt in reporting

Help in finding good people to meet customer deadlines
