Reporting to the Head of Retail Banking, you will be responsible for:   - Developing the Retail Asset and Liability product strategy for the Bank   - Ensuring smooth roll-out of the products through all channels   - Design and implement a marketing strategy for the Bank   - Prepare annual marketing budget for the Bank   - Oversee and assess the performance of the marketing team   - Develop the digital strategy for the Bank in coordination with the Business and Technology teams   You will come with:   - Good understanding of Retail Banking- Both Assets and Liabilities   - Minimum 12 years of experience in Product Development, Marketing, Branding and Online Banking   - At least 4 years of experience in a team handling role   - Excellent communication, negotiation and people management skills   Relevant experience in Banking and Financial Services is a must. People with experience in Liabilities Product will be preferred.
