Head - Recruitment - eCommerce Startup - XLRI/TISS/SIBM

This role is with a well funded start up in eCommerce in Gurgaon. Company has strong management team with education from IITs and had worked in past with some of best known eCommerce companies at very senior level.

- Will be responsible to head entire Recruitment Cycle- strategy, planning and execution.

- Will be responsible to strategist the road map for expansion plans and handle manpower forecast and planning accordingly.

- Will lead a team of recruiters and external agencies to fulfill business needs.

- Hands on experience on various sourcing methodologies, an out of box thinker who can go all out to fulfill the requirements.

Education : XLRI, TISS, SIBM etc
