Head - Quality Operations - Pharma

We have an assignment with a large Pharma Giant, who are in the process of identifying a Head Quality Operations based at Tongi in Bangladesh

Supervision:

Supervise the functioning and work of the managers of the analytical, instrumentals, microbiological and packaging materials (including the maintenance of the specifications and methods of analysis) to ensure the overall quality of the finished products. This includes budgetary control of the investment in Quality and managing the product release system.

Implementation:

Lead the application and development of the Quality Assurance in the Plant: Documentation compliance. Regulatory compliance, Change control, In-process control, Product stability protocol. Annual review of products and Vendor control. Internal Quality Audits of the plant are an important element of this program, as are Anomaly and Reject Investigation and review.

Qualification and Validation:

These departments including Industrial Regulatory Compliance Coordination under the direct management control of Head of Industrial Quality and Compliance.

Performance Evaluation:

Measurement of the performance of the Quality program. Investigating product complaints and preventing recurrences.
