Essentials :

Should have ASNT NDT Level III, PCN level II Certifications

Should have factory machined components QC exposure

Qualification : Full time, regular course, BE Mechanical/Industrial Engineering degree from reputed Institutes of India.

Lead Auditor for QMS ISO 9000, ISO/TS16949, OHSAS etc. Green Belt in Six Sigma.

Experience:

Over 15 years of Quality (both QA and QC) management, working with an engineering manufacturing company with minimum 5 years heading QA, QC and Vendor Approval, independently.

QAPs and Welding procedure qualifications (WPS, WPQ) which include all the major welding processes.

Handling most of the engineering materials used in fabrication of pipe and flow elements and machined valves/forgings. Compliance with Codes and Standards like ASME, API, EN,NACE, PED & IBR, NACE, ISO. Supplier Quality Assurance, PPAP run execution, 8D, POKA YOKA, Supplier Improvement Program, Audits. FMEA, Kaizen and 5S.

Skills : Lead Auditor in QMS, Product Certifications, Audits & Product Quality, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Apply 7QC Tools.

Team: Should have managed a size of about 5 to 10 direct reports in a minimum 75 Cr sales company for at least 5 years. The candidate is expected to be fully hands-on the job as well as a manager.

Good communication and MNC fit. Very strong in MS Excel. Assertive personality - can stop work if non-compliance. Worked in ERP requirement. Knowledge of written and spoken Hindi.
