Head - Quality & H&S - Ceragon (India & APAC) (Six sigma, CMMI and Certification in Health & Safety)  Job Description :   - Overall management of Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Department  - Monitoring and Controlling activities of the department   - Responsible for implementation of Customer Satisfaction Measurement.  - Accountable for planning and Implementation of Ceragon Quality and - H&S standards across projects in India.  - Skill up gradation of department team members  - Monitor Project quality team  - EHS Implementation  - Responsible to circulate monthly Project Quality KPI Analysis for all ongoing projects in India & APAC.  - Ensure L2/L3 Inspection, Product Quality Issue Escalation, Training Management  - Documentation according to core quality management rules  - Model site preparation & training to teams  - Support Project account in securing vendor self-check QA submission  - Planning quality team long-term and short-term work objectives, organizing team members to achieve these objective  Key skills :   - Six Sigma /CMMI/ Quality Management assurance/ Health and Safety /EHS Implementation /Controlling monitoring Quality Standards / H and S standards
