Head - Purchase - Petrochemical

We are looking for Head Purchase position for Leading Petrochemical Company

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop Purchasing Strategy

- Identify Plant's Annual Purchasing needs

- Develop and maintain Supplier Database for critical purchases

- Develop Purchasing Contracts

- Lead Commercial Negotiations

- Develop, Implement, and Manage Plant Purchasing Process

- Manage Plant Administration and its purchase needs

Qualification, Experience & Desirable :

- Graduate with a Diploma in Purchasing/ Procurement with 18+ years of relevant post qualification experience in mid or large sized professionally run organizations (preferably Petrochemical / speciality chemicals) with the last 3-5 plus years in a functional leadership role.

- Should possess good communication skills in local language with good negotiation & interpersonal skills.

- Willing to set systems & process.
