Our customer is a reputed and known Real Estate Major & we are looking for seasoned PR Professional   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:   - Develop, manage and oversee implementation of public relations programs with a focus on Traditional and Social Media.  - Fully manage and initiate strategic and creative planning of PR campaigns in Social Media   - Work closely with traditional and social media to secure ongoing product coverage and other communications to support brand & product initiatives.  - Plan PR campaigns, press launches and media outreach within respective markets and oversee its execution  - Produce attention-grabbing press releases; develop story pitches targeted to consumer and trade niches  - Manage PR Agencies on product assignments & derive the best value for money spent  - Work to innovate and integrate the use of technology/social media into all PR efforts   - Initiate and monitor- communication- activities in order to realize the desired uniform and integral positioning of the company's employer brand image.   - Develop- crisis management- plan & ensure it works in case of any negative fallout affecting the brand image.  - Plan & Develop thought leadership programs for Leadership team covering industry bodies, seminars etc  - Manage Internal & External Communications for the CEO's office  DESIRED COMPETENCIES :  - A Creative thinker who is able to generate fresh original ideas targeted to today's consumer needs and trends. You must be digital native.   - You must have existing relationships with Journalist, Bloggers, Thought leaders, Columnist.  - You probably write a blog and have a presence on Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook.   - You have real-world social networking skills  - You must have a proven track record in traditional PR including message refinement, news release writing and editing  - You have experience in sustaining product interest through creative PR tactics   Requirement :  Preferably a Post Graduate in PR/Communications/ MBA in Marketing with at least 15-18 years of work experience in managing communications with a track record of successful public relations/communications, corporate communication, product communication, public affairs, media relations.
