Job Description:

- Provide broad based proposal management to ensure the companies Products, Solutions, Services proposal integrity with regard to bidding strategy, technical approach, performance, cost and schedule

- The person will have the overall ownership for all the proposals

- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to develop winning proposal bid strategies regarding scope, schedule, performance and terms and conditions

- Manage extended scope partners (within the company) and contractors including construction contractors, engineering contractors, equipment vendors, and service suppliers

- Plan and manage all extended scope proposal activities in a matrix environment including:

- project cost summaries, functional team kick-off meetings, technical proposal development, overall project schedule ( P Process), cost reviews, risk review support, performance guarantees, engineering activities and design reviews, terms and conditions sign-off, risk analysis, etc

- Develop and manage a proposal budget for each transaction

- Ensure compliance with all basic requirements as per RFQ & company Procedures, design reviews, and cost and price development

- Provide commercial and technical leadership to the organizational proposal team base at Mumbai and other regional offices

- 10- 30 percent local (national) travel as required to support customer negotiations and partner/subcontractor coordination

- The Team member proposal will be responsible, for the development of the entire proposal team, in terms of Technical Skills, commercial skills

- Proposal team member is expected to co ordinate the Team Leader Projects (K process) to ensure the smooth execution of projects

The Successful Candidate : Preferably Bachelors Degree in Instrumentation or Electronics & Electrical Engineering or equivalent

- 10 to 15 years of project proposal experience

- Demonstrated, proven skills in proposal management
