Head - Product Specialist & Content PHD/ME/MS in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (Construction Chemical)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Should be Ph.D. / ME/ MS in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering

SHOULD BE ONLY FROM CONSTRUCTION CHEMICAL INDUSTRY

- Managing a team of subject matter experts of CC products with major deliverables as follows

1. Be the owner of all product related technical data & certificates and technical content for marketing collaterals(all platforms) - updation, repository management and communication to relevant teams

2. Be an integral part of the NPD process and deliver on SLAs

3. Be the owner of the product related training content creation for induction, product training, and ongoing training modules. Partner Training head to impart technical training programs as per agreed calendar and programs. Be the owner of the Technical Knowledge Management System for the division

4. Be an integral part of the complaint resolution process (PFMS module), ensuring deliverance on SLAs. Additionally partner business for customer query handling on products and systems, including attending meetings or participating in training programs for customers

5. Be the owner of system solution creation for construction needs - standard BOQs and costing guidelines and align sales, specification, market development and application teams to the same

6. Partner sourcing and cost optimization programs with purchase & Ops

7. Be the go-between for Business and R&D to ensure quality and recipe cost optimization and rectifications as needed. Be the owner of the timely delivery of the process

8. Actively partner with business to understand and suggest new technologies/upgrades vis a vis trends and needs and bring them to life
