Head - Product Management - Technology Based Logistics Firm - IIT/BIT/NSIT + IIM/FMS/NMIMS/XLRI

We have an urgent requirement for Head - Product Manager with one of the leading technology enabled technology company

Core Responsibilities :

- Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product changes.

- Leading a team of product managers to come up with optimized and efficient products for our business model.

- Increase tech penetration amongst business partners through training, hand-holding & high levels of engagement.

- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.

- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going evaluation of alternatives.

- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.

- Drive product launches including working with different team and other product management team members.

- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and propagate our brand further.

Education :

IIT/ Tier-1 engineering colleges (BITs, NSIT, DCE) + IIM/Tier-1 MBA colleges (NMIMS, FMS, Symbiosis, XLRI)
